Submitting a form or creating an account is free and does not purchase a service. No payments are collected by this website.
Proposed audit policy
For an audit purchased under an approved written agreement: you may cancel for a full refund before work begins. The proposed delivery target is three business days after payment and receipt of all necessary information; if that agreed deadline is missed, a full refund may be requested. These proposed terms must be confirmed in the signed service scope.
Completed audits
A delivered audit is a completed assessment. An unfavorable removal assessment is not itself a failure to deliver, because the audit does not promise removal. Any refund restrictions remain subject to applicable consumer rights and the written agreement.
Other services
Monitoring and cleanup work have cancellation and refund terms in their written scope. Confirm these before payment.
Making a request
Use the contact form, include your case reference and reason, and avoid sharing payment credentials. Approved refunds are handled by the business through the original payment method. The business must review this proposed policy before offering paid services.
